No advance payment and no visit fee if you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to repair after diagnosis, a nominal ₹150 diagnosis fee applies — because our technician's time is valuable.

Every repair carries a 30-day service warranty in writing on the invoice. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we fix it free. Parts come with a manufacturer warranty (6–12 months).

Average arrival time in Gurgaon is 60–90 minutes. Emergency slots are available Monday–Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM.

Yes. Every technician is police-verified, ID-carded, wears a branded uniform, and is trained by our in-house team. You can ask to see the ID at the door.

We use OEM or brand-approved parts only. Serial numbers are printed on your invoice. Ask us to show the sealed packaging before installation.
