Terms of Service

By booking a service with Urban Rolex Home Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service warranty

Every repair carries a 30-day service warranty. If the same problem returns within the warranty period, we fix it free. Warranty does not cover misuse, power surges, or new issues.

2. Diagnosis fee

On-site diagnosis is free if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to repair after diagnosis, a ₹150 diagnosis fee applies.

3. Parts

We use OEM or brand-approved parts. Manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 months) applies on parts. Serial numbers are printed on your invoice.

4. Payment

Payment is due after service completion. We accept Cash, UPI, and Cards. Invoice provided for every transaction.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime before the technician is dispatched. No cancellation fee.
